Art Specifications

 

VisionUSA wants to make it easy and convenient for you to provide your artwork correctly to avoid any potential delays to your order. Orders should be submitted to customercare@vision1usa.com. You should receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours of submitting order.

Artwork should be emailed to art@vision1usa.com and should include the P.O. number and an email for contact information.

Acceptable Art - Digital art files may be submitted as black and white vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves, or paths. Artwork should be actual size when possible.

We can accept files in Mac or Windows format. We accept the following art formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, and .ps.  All .ps files should be high resolution format.

Halftones are only available on screened items. All halftones are reviewed for accuracy in printing.

Please note that photos, photocopies, and faxes are not acceptable forms of artwork.

Our art services are FREE. There is no art charge for typical art services such as resizing, positioning, copying second side, and setting straight-line type.  We prefer to receive art to size. All products listed on website include imprint dimensions area.

Color Match Charges - PMS or Color Match (see our Standard Color Chart) is typically $50.00 (C) per color. Please specify PMS colors when placing your order. It is difficult to guarantee exact PMS color matching based on different color substrates for our various printing processes, but we will do our best to match as closely as possible.

Proofs - Virtual proofs will be $7.50 (G) per proof.

Reorders - Exact reorder charges are $25.00 (G) per color. Orders are archived for two years. Orders older than 2 years require a new setup charge of $55.00 (G).

Samples (Blank)

Generally, a reasonable number of samples are shipped at no charge when you provide us with a shipping number. Please provide the billing zip code of the shipping account. Samples for certain premium and specialty items may be charged the unit price of EQP.
