VisionUSA wants to make it easy and convenient for you to provide your artwork correctly to avoid any potential delays to your order. Orders should be submitted to email@example.com. You should receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours of submitting order.
Artwork should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and should include the P.O. number and an email for contact information.
Acceptable Art -Digital art files may be submitted as black and white vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves, or paths. Artwork should be actual size when possible.
We can accept files in Mac or Windows format. We accept high resolution art in the following formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG, .JPG, .PNG, and .PSD. All .JPG, .PNG, and .PSD files should be high resolution format and at least 5 X 5 dimension.
Halftones are only available on screened items. All halftones are reviewed for accuracy in printing.
Please note that photos, photocopies, and faxes are not acceptable forms of artwork.
There is no art charge for typical art services such as resizing, positioning, copying second side, and setting straight-line type. All products listed on website include imprint dimensions area. Some art services may require additional fees.
Color Match Charges - PMS or Color Match fees (see our Standard Color Chart for reference) are typically $40.00 (G) per color. Please specify PMS colors when placing your order. It is difficult to guarantee exact PMS color matching, based on different color substrates for our various printing processes, but we will do our best to match as closely as possible.
Proofs - Initial proofs are provided at no charge. Subsequent virtual proofs will be $7.50 (G) per proof.
Reorders - Exact reorder charges are $25.00 (G) per color. Orders are archived for two years. Orders older than two years require a new setup charge of $55.00 (G).
Generally, a reasonable number of samples are shipped at no charge when you provide us with a shipping number. Please provide the billing zip code of the shipping account. Samples for gift sets and select premium and specialty items will be charged the unit price of EQP.
